Before NexGenHighLevel, businesses started HighLevel looking at a blank screen.
We saw everything it could do, and how much faster it could be.
Jay Gardiner spent 23 years building and scaling recruitment businesses in Ireland and the UK, before a career change into Digital Marketing in 2015.
By the early 2000's, Tim Bortheick had founded, built, and exited, one of Europe's largest specialist data businesses.
Having known each other for many years, we decided to launch a Digital marketing Agency together in 2018.
It wasn't long before we found HighLevel in 2021. Its power was obvious from the start. So was the gap between what it could do and what businesses were getting from it: accounts that started empty, months of setup before anything worked, and missing pieces, like WhatsApp groups and LinkedIn prospecting, that HighLevel couldn't provide out of the box. It was missing some of the tools we felt were essential to deliver the best results for our clients.
In 2024, we were joined by Abdulrehman Moaz and Yousaf Awan, two very talented developers. Abdulrehman and Yousaf are now CTO and CDO respectively and shareholders in the business.
Between the four of us, and the rest of our team, we set out to close that gap. We built Mega Snapshots: complete systems, mapped to every stage of the customer journey, that turn an empty account into a working business. And we built native apps that make HighLevel do what it can't on its own. Today, 7 apps are live, 10 Mega Snapshots are available, and 372 businesses and agencies run on what we've built.
