These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexGenHighLevel applications and services provided by Cerebrum Technology Limited.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

2. Apps Bundle

The Apps Bundle ($497/month) grants active subscribers access to all current live apps and all future app releases during their active subscription period.

3. Affiliate Terms

Affiliates earn 20% recurring monthly commission on referred active subscriptions and connection fees. Payouts are made monthly via PayPal or bank transfer after a 30-day holding period.
