Question 1

Is this really HighLevel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's HighLevel. We don't rename the platform or pretend we've developed our own CRM. NexGenHighLevel builds apps and integrations specifically for HighLevel, so we're very open about the platform we use. When you join us, you'll get your own HighLevel sub-account within our agency, together with the additional setup, onboarding, support and NexGenHighLevel apps we provide.

Question 2

What is HighLevel?

Accepted Answer

HighLevel, also widely known as GoHighLevel, is an all-in-one CRM, sales, marketing and automation platform. It brings together many of the tools a business would normally need separate software for, including contact management, sales pipelines, email and SMS marketing, online booking, websites, funnels, forms, workflow automation, reputation management, social media tools, payments, reporting and AI. The real advantage is that these tools work together. A new lead can enter your CRM, trigger an automated follow-up, book an appointment, move through your sales pipeline and continue receiving communication without you having to move their information between several different systems.

Question 3

Is GoHighLevel the same as HighLevel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The company and platform are officially known as HighLevel, although many people still refer to it as GoHighLevel or GHL. If you've been searching for GoHighLevel CRM, a GoHighLevel account or GoHighLevel software, this is the same underlying platform.

Question 4

Is NexGenHighLevel part of HighLevel?

Accepted Answer

No. NexGenHighLevel is an independent business that works within the HighLevel ecosystem. We operate a HighLevel agency and develop our own apps and integrations for the platform. That means your CRM account is powered by HighLevel, while your setup, onboarding, ongoing support and NexGenHighLevel apps are provided by us.

Question 5

Is this a full HighLevel agency account?

Accepted Answer

No. You'll receive a HighLevel sub-account within the NexGenHighLevel agency. It's designed for a business that wants to use HighLevel for its own CRM, sales, marketing, communication and automation. If you want to start your own HighLevel agency and create or resell sub-accounts to other businesses, you'll need your own appropriate HighLevel agency plan, which you can get here https://www.gohighlevel.com/agency

Question 6

What is a HighLevel sub-account?

Accepted Answer

A HighLevel sub-account is an individual business account that sits within a HighLevel agency. Your sub-account contains the tools and information for your business, including your contacts, conversations, opportunities, calendars, workflows, websites, funnels and other supported HighLevel features. You don't need an agency account if your goal is simply to use HighLevel to run your own business.

Question 7

Why is your HighLevel account only $97 per year?

Accepted Answer

Because we're approaching things a little differently. NexGenHighLevel's core business is building apps for the HighLevel ecosystem. By making HighLevel affordable to more businesses, we can introduce more people to both the platform and the additional tools we're developing for it. So rather than trying to make the CRM subscription itself expensive, we've chosen to offer access for $97 per year , or $27 per month if you'd rather pay monthly. And that still includes your initial Snapshot, onboarding and ongoing NexGenHighLevel support.

Question 8

Is $97 really the price for a whole year?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose our annual plan and the NexGenHighLevel subscription is $97 for 12 months . That works out at approximately $8.08 per month . If you'd prefer not to pay annually, the monthly option is $27 per month .

Question 9

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

Accepted Answer

There is no additional charge for the standard setup and onboarding included with your plan. We'll prepare your account, install the most appropriate Snapshot from our available library and take you through the platform during onboarding. If you ask us to carry out additional custom development, migration or setup work outside what's included, we'll explain any cost and agree it with you before doing the work.

Question 10

What is included with my NexGenHighLevel account?

Accepted Answer

Your account gives you access to the HighLevel platform features we make available within your plan, together with a suitable HighLevel Snapshot where available, personal onboarding and ongoing NexGenHighLevel support. You'll be able to use HighLevel for areas such as CRM and contact management, sales pipelines, workflows and automation, calendars, websites and funnels, forms, email and SMS marketing, conversations, reputation management and other supported functionality. You'll also have access to our growing suite of NexGenHighLevel apps, subject to any app-specific connection, usage or third-party charges.

Question 11

Are all HighLevel features included?

Accepted Answer

Your sub-account gives you access to a broad range of HighLevel's CRM, sales, marketing, automation and business tools. Some HighLevel services and functionality are subject to separate usage charges, optional subscriptions or availability determined by HighLevel. Rather than burying those costs inside a much larger monthly subscription, we'll be clear when something you're about to use carries an additional charge.

Question 12

Does the $97 per year include unlimited email and SMS?

Accepted Answer

No. Email and SMS involve third-party delivery costs and are charged based on usage. The same principle can apply to services such as phone calls, AI and other usage-based features. Your $97 annual subscription covers your NexGenHighLevel account and the services we've listed as included. It doesn't mean you can send unlimited emails, text messages or make unlimited calls for $97. We'd rather be clear about that from the beginning.

Question 13

Does HighLevel include AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AI is now built into many areas of HighLevel. Depending on the features available within your account, you can use HighLevel AI to help create content, build automations, work with CRM data, communicate with leads and customers, respond to reviews and complete everyday tasks. HighLevel's AI capabilities include tools such as Ask AI, AI Studio, AI Agents, Content AI, Reviews AI and Workflow AI , alongside Conversation AI and Voice AI functionality. Some AI features or usage may carry additional charges.

Question 14

What is Ask AI in HighLevel?

Accepted Answer

Ask AI is an AI assistant built into HighLevel. Rather than only using AI to generate text, Ask AI can help you work with different parts of the HighLevel platform using normal language. That can mean asking AI for information, getting help with CRM tasks, creating content, working with contacts and opportunities, assisting with calendars and performing other supported actions. It's designed to make using a large platform like HighLevel quicker and easier.

Question 15

What is a HighLevel Snapshot?

Accepted Answer

A HighLevel Snapshot is a pre-built account configuration. Depending on the Snapshot, it can contain things such as sales pipelines, workflows, calendars, forms, surveys, custom fields, email templates, SMS templates and other settings. Snapshots make it possible to start with a useful foundation instead of building everything from an empty account.

Question 16

Do I get a Snapshot with my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, where we have a suitable Snapshot available. When you join, we'll ask you some questions about your business and how you intend to use HighLevel. We'll then choose the Snapshot from our library that we believe provides the most appropriate starting point and install it before your onboarding call.
